Thermal expansion compensation of metal pipes, absorption of vibration generated by compressors, pumps, engines or turbines; these are just some of the applications for metal compensators.The New Componit metal expansion compensators are designed and built to absorb the more frequent movements of pipes, namely: axial, lateral and angular, for a whole range of different applications.

Construction end design

Our metal compensators are manufactured by various methods depending on the design features of the actual compensators (dimensions, materials used, thickness and number of walls, etc...).
Hence the methods used are those depending on elastomer configuration, hydraulic configuration, mechanical configuration.
